Booking & payment
✓ To confirm your reservation, we ask that you pay a deposit (details will be included with your booking confirmation). Your reservation will be confirmed after receipt of your deposit.
✓ With a late arrival or early departure, you will be charged for the entire booked time.
✓ We accept ONLY a payment in cash - NO credit cards.
✓ You are also welcome to transfer the entire billed amount to our account before your vacation. You can make a transfer for free within the EU. For a foreign bank transfer, please be aware of the time it will take for a transfer.
✓ We ask for your understanding in that pets are allowed only upon request for an extra charge!
Arrival, departure, and stay
✓ Arrival: check-in between 2:00 – 6:00 pm
✓ Departure: check-out between 7:00 – 9:00 am
For arrivals after 6:00 pm, we ask that you notify us.
✓ Our apartments are fully equipped once a week with all bed linens, bath towels, dish towels, all kitchen accessories, etc.

Cancellation conditions
✓ Cancellations are valid only in written form.
✓ With a late arrival or early departure, you will be charged for the entire reserved stay.
